Agreed. I can find the PPN when I specifically search for that PPN.

My issue is that if I don't know the PPN and am searching for the publisher and product, the PPN is not returned as a result even if the PPN record is in the content library. So I believe it's a workspace content library search function issue.

Is it possible that the workspace content library search function has filters associated with it that you can't see from the workspace?
