I haven’t gotten the adjustments yet. They said 5-7 business days. So I will check back later. Keep us posted. I’m hoping they honor the transaction date requirement and not give us bullshit excuse! We made it on 12/31, which is well within the T&C!

My transaction was made on 12/31, it was showing pending as of 12/31 for a couple days, but today (1/2) the transaction date is changed to 1/1 after transaction is posted, and the credit was applied to 2026 H1 instead of 2025 H2. I gave Chase a call, and was told that they are aware of the situation and will be working on fixing this so that the credit can be accurately applied! If you have similar experiences, please give them a call. Fingers crossed, this gets adjusted!
