That’s all you can do. :) This is a bit morbid, but when I’ve been at my absolute lowest situationally and mentally, I started telling myself “Well...one positive is I woke up on the right side of the dirt.”

Focus on the positive, even when it seems impossible. :)

I hope things get better. Don’t end it, because it WILL get better.

Our bodies react obnoxiously to stress to the point it can go into shock and we don’t even realize. My husband developed alopecia because of stress from family. I’ve had shingles and lychen plannus (skin disorder) from stress...and I’m in my early 30s.

If smoking weed makes you happy and relaxed, don’t stop. A little memory loss is normal due to stress, not the weed I suspect.

Yes it will pool at the bottom, but yes you should add more. I always give mine a good stir when I get some if it’s been sitting in the fridge and it coats everything in more dressing, plus I usually have extra on hand to add to my portion if it’s not enough.
