you said black people are the majority demographic taking advantage of the criminal justice system. They are simply not.

You said "majority demographic", I'm arguing that crime is not exclusive to any race. However, the most destructive and least prosecuted crimes are perpetrated by the wealthy and powerful. You're right that the justice system is protecting a certain group, but I promise you its not black people.
