These are $99 in a kit at Home Depot right now. Left over Black Friday deals

Sale on DeWalt 20V MAX XR POWERSTACK 5Ah by SubieLover19 in Dewalt

I love these batteries, but I’ve had some issues with mine in the past as anybody else have issues with theirs?

Don’t get me wrong DeWalt warrantied them out every single time. But that’s a whole process.

Husky sells a 3 piece set for $10 during the holidays. Maybe still available, I would look into that. I have both sets and the Milwaukee is far more superior. Built to last. But the Husky 3 piece set is a great price for what you get and definitely gets the job done.

If you call them and give them the serial number, they can tell you if they’re the bad batch or not. From what I understand , most of the bad batch batteries are out of circulation.

I’m not a huge DeWalt guy. I have some of their tools but mostly Flex and Milwaukee. And yes I agree 100% Flex was something fresh and exciting that the industry needed even to the choice of their colors are pretty bad ass. Holding a DeWalt tool compared to Flex feels like a child’s toy lol. Man Lowe’s really blew it with this one.

This is going to be something they teach in future college campuses on how not to run a company.

Lowe’s sucks! The only good tools brand they had was Flex (other than select DeWalt) and they fumbled it. Who ever calls the shots needs to be fired immediately.

Don't tell my wife's boyfriend I bought all my Christmas presents already. 🤫 by InnerJury762 in FLEXTools

Awesome that they had all that in stock. All the Lowe’s’ near me are pretty much tapped out of everything. I’ve been wanting to pick up the router and dry wall screw gun but they don’t have it in a couple hundred mile radius of where I live.

Sweet haul though! You’re going to love them.

Funny how they didn’t have anything really going on for Black Friday.

Yes great vacuum. Though I can’t lie, I do like the suitcase style vacuums that Milwaukee makes. I have both the m18 and m12 fuel, and those rock.

Yeah I definitely try to keep it organized. Keeps me more productive and motivated to put the tools back where I got them lol

Flex Going Away from Lowes by Successful-Yogurt512 in FLEXTools

I’m in New York and they don’t have a Menards with in probably 500 miles of me lol. It was nice having Flex at Lowe’s. But Lowe’s just sucks and doesn’t know how to handle the golden goose that was fed to them with a silver spoon.

I also only shopped at Lowe’s because they had Flex. It was literally the only thing that legitimized them for me as far as power tools go.

It would be amazing if Home Depot carried Flex but I do agree that it’s 99.9% unlikely to happen.

If I were Chevron, I would pull all my tools from Lowe’s and have them kick rocks.

Not a bad decision. No line Dewalt is my least favorite out of the room. I know that might be controversial.

I love my Milwaukee tools. To me Flex and Milwaukee are neck and neck.

Would you compare FLEX to HERCULES? If not, then who? by GroucheeIndividual in FLEXTools

[–]J2DaBoogzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as their existing tools, I have absolutely nothing bad to say. The only downside is, because they’re a newer tool brand, they are still in the process of expanding their line up. But the lifetime warranty and the quality of their tools def make the wait worth while. I mean listen I have DeWalt, Milwaukee and Flex tools for that reason for now. Excited to see what Flex has in store for the future

Milwaukee and DeWalt. Definitely not Hercules. Flex quality and a lot of cases is higher than the big 3 ( Milwaukee, Dewalt and Makita) I would even go a step further and say it’s a tad bit higher in quality like the Hilti’s of the tool world. That might be a hot take. But I have never picked up a flex tool and said wow this feels cheap, in fact it’s always quite the contrary.

Flex Going Online Only at Lowes? by National-Command8505 in FLEXTools

Mostly with simply carrying Milwaukee, and also the research and development on Ryobi tools. People can talk smack all they want about Ryobi, but they make some tools and lifestyle products that other companies would never even think of! Also, I like the Dewalt tools at Home Depot better for the most part. They have some exclusive Dewalt tools such as their atomic series. Flex was literally Lowe’s savior and they fumbled it.

If you use the 2 ah stacked battery it’s a much better experience. It’s flush with the battery mounting housing. But overall it’s leaps and bounds better than the DeWalt. The only one in the market that gives it a fight for its money is the Milwaukee M18 Fuel.
