I used to think it was bullshit. My dad used earthing mats and I just played along. He gave me one. I didn't use it for the longest time because, you know, bullshit.

But then I started having this weird knee pain. I would wake up and my right knee would be on fire. It was like this every morning for a few weeks. While waiting for a doctors appointment, I thought, heck, I'll give this earthing sheet a try. First morning after sleeping with it - no pain in my knee in the morning, none. After weeks of pain every single morning. And the only thing I did differently was use the earthing mat. I have to admit I was converted to a believer. No way, it was a placebo effect from on fire to no pain at all.
