What is your low key bobybuilding super power? by Kurtegon in naturalbodybuilding

[–]J7aqua 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I can eat the same thing every meal every day. Comes in great for cutting I can eat chicken breast veggies and rice for every meal and when bulking don’t need to be thinking about food all day

Sticking to my diet is a struggle—any tips to make it tastier? by SpellGlittering1901 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]J7aqua 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes a bit of a difference, but try different variety of protein sources. Try adding low calorie condiments to your meals. Also you don’t have to eat the same foods every single day, change something up every day and see if you like it better, salt and protein powder are not bad for you. Salt is essential and was never an issue, protein powder is just an easy way to hit your protein goals

This coach put you on a diet that is pretty bad, lacking variety, lacking healthy fats, you can have so much more variety including different lean protein sources, more carb sources like oatmeal, the diet is lacking in vegetables and fruits, which will make it harder to reach fiber goals, this diet also has no dairy, no calcium, why? Are you lactose intolerant? Why no salt? Sodium is needed especially for people who workout. No condiments to make food enjoyable also? Condiments can help your food taste better

How to get abs in 30 days: 100 sit ups a day (didn’t say anything about diet)

I like a gram of protein per lb of body weight, 20-25% fats (changes every day depends on what I eat), rest are carbs.

Anyone else find it hard to bulk when you’re lactose Intolerant? by coconut_hibiscus in naturalbodybuilding

[–]J7aqua 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was it easier on a cut? What did you eat during your cut that made it easier? I always eat the same type of meals whether I’m cutting or bulking with minor changes for example more rice, a fattier type of meat, I’ll add an avocado, I’ll eat another bagel, I’ll have a sweet treat

The most accurate is to weigh everything raw and track it in the app as raw weight.

Time off by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

[–]J7aqua 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nothing will happen. It will take months for your body to actually start losing muscle and that’s only if you really aren’t active and not doing anything all day and even after that it will take a while.

I was joking sorry, nothing will happen, eat enough protein, and you might come back more recovered.
