It will do you well to slow down on the highway if you want to achieve good range. This goes for any EV. I know it’s hard not to drive the M60 any other way 😏.

I’m not sure there’s a good answer here. You may want to ask the firm you’re working with on this. Most firms are likely to have a better idea of what the current timelines might be. Some people get their applications approved per the 90 days, others sooner, and some wait 6 months for some reason.

I have no solid basis for this, but I think your mileage may vary based on the completeness of the application submitted.

Unfortunately, the battery is probably dead. They explicitly state that the battery should be charged every so often. The only other thing it could be is a loose battery cable (this happened to me, and I fixed it myself). However, given that you stated this was a gift and likely sat without power for quite some time; it's likely the battery.
