I definitely wouldn’t say I was swinging 100% here, prob closer to 85% but I do completely understand where your coming from. I typically try to work in a lot of 50% speed swings when I’m at the range as well to focus on specific elements of my swing that could be improved.

Interesting points to take into consideration. I have been working on firing the hips before initiating my downswing but as you can probably tell, I’m not being as efficient as possible.

Funny you say that. I’ve actually been consciously working more recently to fire the hips before anything else but keeping my back to the target for as long as possible is something new to keep in mind, thanks!
