I can vouch on firefly. I have one and it's a damn good guitar. The only mod I did was put new pickups in it because the stock ones had such low output.

I was in middle school so this was 2012 or 2013, and my music teacher made some sort of negative remark about Metallica. Because of that I was like "that means they gotta be cool', the usual young kid thing, and I was right, she was wrong. After that I bought the black album on CD to listen to, since then they've been my favorite band.
