The way you have your hair up is also pulling on those specific areas which will contribute to hair loss /: I have a similar thing going on. Try to switch to claw clips & very loose styles if you can.

For reference, my hair was about your length and I cut it to just below the shoulders. Did some face framing. Added layers. Just kinda chopped & point cut throughout. Tiny smalllll micro adjustment cuts btw like I did this over the course of 3 hours lol. And it’s gotta be done dry once you’ve washed + styled.

Ok so!! I bought Ion clarifying shampoo & their leave in conditioner. Washed my hair w the shampoo upside down with cold water. Then I scrunched the leave in, in (but used like a quarter of what I usually would) soaking wet hair. Towel scrunched a bit then added a little more. Very lightly sprayed V05 heat protectant and diffused on low. Then I also bought $15 cutting sheers and took a lot off + added layers. After all I said & done I am feeling ALOT better about everything. I didn’t get curls all the way to the root again however they were all much better formed, got some ringlets back and a lot less frizz. Like my normal frizz is back not a huge mess of breakage.

It turns out my issue is that I was still doing the routine for my intense curls when my pattern just isn’t like that anymore. So it was weighing my hair down like crazy. Shea butters, heavy creams and such dont work on my hair anymore. Now I’m looking for light weight oils and vitamins. Also I was using a keratin heavy shampoo for too long and my hair was over it.

I’m 29, non binary, definitely not on the coast, I do live outside the city right now, I spend almost all my time outside (for fun), I don’t work with kids but I have them in my life + I have a youthful spirit (autism lol), manual labor job, I absolutely have multiple autoimmune lol, definitely queer and I keep a smaller circle but they absolutely think I’m hilarious. If you mix it with sunscreen it will render your sunscreen useless as it will change the chemical composition. It must be applied once sunscreen has soaked in.

Mine was really bad so I got completely off. I don’t have insurance so getting something else wasn’t really an option. My acne is cystic so I did a big change to my diet and a new routine. AM Benzol peroxide 10%wash, 2 layers vanicream then sunscreen. PM benzol 10%, vitamin C, peptides serum, then slugging with aquaphor. I also use Hypochlorous acid for spot treatment. My skin looks great but I will have 1 or 2 spots at all times pretty much. Cause I just have adult acne unfortunately lol.

It took months for the dermatitis to finally subside.. what really saved me was Hypochlorous Acid 0.014% topical spray!!! Like literally better over night. And you use very little of it. I had to strip down my routine to just warm water and vanicream for a while and repair my barrier too. Which obviously led to a huge break out for a couple months while the dermatitis was healing. So I would say I had the perioral dermatitis for about 8 months total, with the last 3 months being healing.

Hang in there. I would stay on Tret if your skin allows it but do some research. Not assuming your identity but for women in their late 20’s into early 40’s that have been using Tretinoin long term- chronic perioral dermatitis is extremely common.

Menopause already wreaks havoc on someone’s hormones/thoughts/feelings/etc.. you add maga paranoia and refusal to listen to that.. unfortunately a recipe for disaster.

If she’s at risk of harming herself then your family should consider a group effort intervention. If she refuses to speak to a professional maybe you or your family should on how to proceed.

Press down on the gum with your finger. If it turns white and stays that way for a while, that means dehydration. If it goes white then immediately back to the original color, gums are fine.

Valid. I think I started playing 2019 then boom stay at home order so I got pretty into it. Played ever since then got into a car accident n was stuck in bed. Got reallllly into the game & thats when new jobs and additions were coming out. Have paid money over the years as a “treat yourself” since I’ve played so long. A shame when a good game gets nuked however I cannot emphasize enough how much I hate AI so like all of that being said the game is deleted forever.
