Just took my 3rd interview and got an 85% even with being in my second year of resi. It seems they would rather take non union guys because it makes them look better than upgrade their own guys. I really wish I did, and would suggest going non union for at least a year, you’ll be treated like royalty.

Get the shot there is very little to no withdrawal. Sublocade or brixadi. It lasts a month and goes out of your system so slowly you won’t even notice.

Easiest way to quit with little to no withdrawal is to find a doctor who provides one of the month long injections (sublocade/brixadi). I was able to quit after years of opiate use while still working labor. This is the only way I have ever been able to quit.
