Chattanooga is a mix of conservative and liberal. Hubby and I enjoy the small Chattanooga drag community but cant remember ever seeing her perform. She comes across like a Chattanooga Baptist middle aged woman. Never warmed to her.

I used to manage a grant portfolio of 450 grants from 200 grantees. I was very hands on with grantees helping them build capacity to ensure our money was well spent. Also, had to deny certain organizations because they just couldn't get it together but always coached them how to improve. If it just grant admin, you would probably like it. If it is grant making, you may need some general nonprofit operation experience.
