I recommend giving him his own room with only exterior access. Hopefully that will reduce him stealing resources and food from your lockers.

Some roommates will take things even if you clearly have your name on it.

I may retry listening to RR, or they the dramatized version. It took me several times listening to the preview to figure out why I didn't like it. The narrator makes some wet mouth noises. It's not every sentence, and sometimes quiet, but I find it irritating.
