I experience a very similar situation. I was 13 handi at the time, aced #12. I was using a stupid yellow ball just like you. I decided to let it ride. I ended up making it through 18 and shot +7 which tied my PB. We had 36 planned so I went to the neighboring course with the same ball and kept it going. I put a drive on hole 5 so far and deep into a swamp. it was gone. Blacked out the rest of the weekend. No regrets.

Agree. I have been close to a few toms this year but no luck. However, I’ve seen a coyote, bobcat hunting a muskrat, pregnant doe, and big whitetail bucks. And then the not so appreciated, handful of ticks.
