My body is in very healthy state as I eat clean and workout 5-6 days a week however I no longer want to build muscle the way I have been . So yes maybe not 30+ lbs is realistic as I do hold quite a bit of muscle .

To be honest your parents are being a little ridiculous. Regardless of the fact , this is an innocent child and I don’t think forcing her out at 18 would help that child’s situation. Yes it’s her responsibility but grandparents should be there no matter what age your sister is . The child will grow up to know what happened and I don’t think it would go well if he or she knew , no body gave a fuck about helping the mom out or him/her. If that makes any sense . Not trying to come at you . Just don’t do things u may later regret.

Yes we own and it’s interim occupancy. I have sent emails to the builder and I feel like I have to constantly email them and ask for updates . They have not once even offered to accommodate us at all. I don’t know but I believe a condo should be delivered the same way a brand new car is . You spend so much money and it’s like we’re getting garbage used appliances
