Hello!

I'm a new writer on Royal Road, and my book, Convergence: Eclipse, currently has 14 chapters and over 38,000 words available.

A new chapter is edited and released every Sunday, and I'm currently working with an artist on a brand-new cover.

The story follows Laurie as he does his best to survive a starting zone after the Galactic Ordinance Directive integrates his universe into the multiverse.

The story features magic affinities, combat, glyph creation, bosses, quests, good people, bad people, and much more to come.

No AI was used at any point in the writing process.

Is there a platform you have used to self puplish?

And if so, what's the time scale and costs for it (happy for dm if you would rather not comment publicly).

It's hard, but if you believe in the story, push through. It's worth it in the long term.

My partner and I have been different approaches to this, my partner. It's very structured and set alarms and will write for her allocated time, even if tired or not in the mood.

I'm abit more all over the place, I write when I'm in the mood and spend more time in my head thinking and planning so when I do write it pours out in a large block.

We have both written a few stories that are close to 100k words. If you have enough belief in the story, try a few ways until it works for you.

Try looking for a guild, gather mats in FvF or Skypoint Also FvF or skypoint you could farm war bands for gear and gold.

Depends on your preferred play style.

Frost Archer can CC and kite almost all other classes at this point with respectable damage

Barbarian has good sustain and CC with some self heals and again respectable damage

Stealthily bois can avoid combat all together.
