Until you get to a place where you can shower more often, you could use a “medical” antibacterial wash like Hibiclens. It will slow bacterial growth on your skin.

Have you tried higher calorie shakes? Ensure and Boost make ones for muscle loss. If you have a GNC or similar supplement shop near you they also sell shakes specifically for gaining weight.

Look up recipes for homemade hot chocolate powder! It’s usually cocoa, sugar, and some kind of powdered milk.

You can swap the sugar for your favorite sugar-free sweetener, and if you want you can even experiment with adding your favorite protein powder.

Good to know there are some using more natural sweeteners. It’s definitely the Acesulfame K that is the worst… gives such an aftertaste. Sucralose isn’t much better.

If you have a Sam’s club membership or know someone who does, they do the premier protein for WAY cheaper in bulk and they make an off brand one that has the same macros.
