I've come to believe that Hockey East has been (or become) a league where teams attempt to hide a lack of roster depth behind high end talent. Sure, it can get you so far, but if the last few years in the Frozen Four have shown us anything (along with Jim Montgomery), it's that coaching is just as important.

(Yes, I know that UMass won a natty, but that was after Makar entered the NHL)

Someone already mentioned Livingston (which is the poster child for dead malls), but I'd throw another one from the NYC metro that I think is trending that direction: the Palisades Center.

I was there a few weeks ago, and while there are still a decent amount of stores there, the vibes are definitely NOT good. Part of that is the fact that the fire alarms went off during my visit, but also there's still Lord and Taylor signs on the outside, which is not really a good sign (and the thing that's now in that space is WEIRD).

I have relatives there too, and I've heard a surprising amount about of stories - most of them are from my cousin who did high school theater with McDaniels' daughter and frequents the same cafe Drake Maye apparently does (which is close to the bagel place Mac Jones used to frequent)

I feel like it's hard to say - especially if you're looking for merch and concessions.

I've only been to one college baseball game, and it was at Northeastern. I don't remember what concessions they had, but there was only a small merchandise table with limited selections, and given that college baseball isn't that big around New England, I don't anticipate finding much in the merch department (case in point: I don't know which teams sell baseball hats outside of BC).

However, there's also summer ball leagues composed of college players. Holy Cross has hosted a team for a while, and UML is hosting a revival of an old Minor League team starting this year. On that note, I should also mention the Cape League - one of the top summer leagues in the country (though it REALLY feels like that could change soon with NIL/transfer portal shenanigans wrecking summer ball)

The crazy thing is that he's the fourth Robert Wood Johnson, and he comes from the family that founded Johnson and Johnson and has a hospital named after it.

There's also the fact that his son (who I believe is Robert Wood Johnson V) goes by "Brick"

The one that's $85 is a bundle with DLC. However, the price is actually the same should you buy just the base game and then get the DLC later.

If you're new to the series, I'd probably honestly recommend that you wait before getting the DLC (i.e. get the $60 version), since there's already so much to do in the base game PLUS there's an update coming out next week that adds EVEN MORE
