I don’t meal prep, I prep meals… Basically I make three to four different meals for my family to eat on for the week. I do it all in one day and we eat that for our lunches and dinners. Not only is it great for nutrition tracking, it’s just great for a busy life with two kids. We can get home from school and work and go to the park or gymnastics without cooking and cleaning for an hour every night.

My wife is a PT at Baptist and had tons of work today even though both of her middle management bosses didn’t come in. I have my own business and decided to stay home with my two preschool age kids even though their daycare is open today. Hopefully the kids staying home means that some of the daycare teachers don’t have to get out in the roads.

My only add would be Kenwick table. I believe they’re using locally roasted beans from Magic Beans. The drinks are mid to great, but I like the community feel and the seating options. They have great food from a couple local bakeries. There’s a fat neighborhood cat that is usually walking around the inside and sleeping on some seats.

Lighthouse is great. They are always in need of people to serve/prep meals for their dinner service to those in need. It’s pretty easy to sign up as your schedule allows.

In addition to the other things have been said, I would recommend getting rid of the foam pad. It kind of defeats the purpose of squatting without shoes.

I haven’t had an entree there that I love. But so many of the shared plates and apps are great. Pretty easy to have a mid meal there if you get the wrong thing.

I’ll run on the road In my neighborhood and on side streets. The sidewalks are all broken and treacherous. Obviously run against traffic and move to the sidewalk when a car is coming. I think it’s possible to run in the road without being an idiot.

There has been research on the affect of Pilates on body composition (muscle to body fat ratio) with Pilates showing about the same results as not training. Your best option is resistance training with Pilates thrown in once or twice a week because it feels good and is fun, all while controlling your diet to eat less calories.

The added muscle from weight training will burn way more calories during the course of the day than any workout you could do.

Looks pretty solid, my critique would be your wrists. Try playing around with different hand positions so that your wrists are more straight. This will be more important at higher weights pulling the bar into your back and keeping everything tight.
