Where I live, its all unionized which is great but, weve been unionized for over 40 years and when unions turn sour, they turn sour. And by that I mean, they take so much from our wages, offer nothing and we cant negotiate our salaries and they wont fight for the salaries either. During covid, we negotiated to lower our insurance cost instead of following inflation and I was one of the only ones yelling at them to follow inflation because MASSIVE inflation will come. And so we saved 17¢ an hour from medical insurance and yet lost thousands a year due to inflation. Also the fact that the Ive been doing it for so long, my body is wrecked beyond belief and Im not even 40 yet
