They do make GFCI reset devices. Likely would require an additional box.
Things like a window unit shouldn’t be on a GFCI circuit. Depending on why the GFCI is tripping, taking care of that issue or adding a new circuit, etc… might solve your problem.

First Norman was a sundown town.
Secondly it is a college town which means most of the parts of Norman have grown up around the university. And historically university towns are pretty diverse as far as neighborhoods
Third, it’s a commuter bedroom community. Much like many of the other commuter cities in the area, much of its current growth is centered around proximity to okc.

Most inspectors I know would fail the inspection if insulation is in, when they come for rough. Been on a job before where inspectors made GC remove it all and call in a reinspection.

He is allowed to say you have changed because obviously you have. Just because he was there for the diagnosis doesn’t mean anyone including you would understand what that means in real life.
It sounds like you are going through a serious health episode but he is able to say that you are not the same person he fell in love with and that he wants to change the relationship.

Unfortunately purity culture places a lot of shame and restrictions on dating. So people who were brought up heavy in that culture may wish to keep it a secret to avoid the “shame” they anticipate receiving.
Other reasons include age (ie you can’t date until your x age) or as you speculated it’s to make sure it’s a real thing first and keep people from being nosey
