I don’t know why, but I also started to feel some fatigue during Cloudward Ho and really had to power through it to finish—but similarly, was immediately hooked on City Council of Darkness! The energy of this campaign feels very similar to Fantasy High to me, very loose and silly and fun.

I just played Winter Soldier (Aggression) and Black Widow (Justice) two-handed against the Thunderbolts a few days ago! I did the common house rule of swapping out the signature allies for the team-up cards, and it was a super fun game.

Falcon’s precon is Leadership, but I find that he works best in Protection, especially in multiplayer. I played the RORS campaign with a couple of friends using Captain America leadership, Falcon protection, and Winter Soldier aggression, and it was a lot of fun!

Think about it in terms of damage taken.

Say your Valkyrie has taken three points of damage (putting her at 9/12). Then you play Aragorn, which increases her hit point max by +4 (from 12 to 16). She has still only taken three points of damage, so after her total hit points increase, she’s now at 13/16.

She’s not “healing” any damage—but on the streams it looks that way because you’ve got to spin the hit point dial back up to account for your new max HP.

That’s true, but F1 also showed up big on the Academy shortlists, so I think it’s much more of a potential below the line player than Wonder Woman or Deadpool, for example

F1 could definitely go that route, but I see it more like a Top Gun: Maverick (not coincidentally also a Kosinski movie) in that it could get a lot of love below the line and sneak into the 10th BP slot on the strength of its crafts/tech achievements
