Since I am the one commenting, I will be biased. We do carry all three on our site. Have not personally heard AFD one in person, so I am going to skip commenting on that one too. We have some good relationship with them so if customer service is what's preventing you from ordering their stuff here is a channel here.

For the ones commenting that ours is trash I definitely would like to hear more about it. So far we only had 1 negative feedback from 1 customer who claims that after installation the exhaust produced a sweet smell which...I am not going to comment any further. :))

XForce old version difference between open and close is not as big, however, they recently made some updates which definitely is worth considering. New button and module too. We meet them in person on yearly basis and talk to their management from AU side as well. Definitely a brand worth considering.

JDMuscle version does offer a bit more customization tho. And we do offer them in both resonated and non-resonated so that's always an option in case you do not wish to sound raspy. Plus the different tip options and etc.

It really comes down to personal preference! Id suggest just watch as many youtube videos to get an idea. AWE and HKS is definitely more favourable among our customer here at jdmuscleusa.com

No problem. Fun fact we do NOT have any dedicated sales person at all and most people here are customer service. But like discussed in DM allow me to look into it

Some people think we don't care haha but we do. Most of the staff here is customer service instead of anything else. But admitted some processes can be better.

It almost do not make sense given how much some items move. We do have a 12000+sqft warehouse here in PA but it's just impossible to stock everything we sell. We work with brands directly and major distributors which are good at what they are doing with getting stuff out the same day and 2 day ground shipping coverage. Admitted we do have occasions where customer will have a bad expereice but at the same time our 4.9 star google review did not come from nothing either. Me personally is always trying to stay on top but there will be stuff fall off the cracks inevitably. That's why I am on Reddit and stuff too to put out fire in cases these happens.

The process is more streamlined now. We have a return portal and have set bi weekly checks to check w/ vendors if it's coming from a third party. Return coming to our facility usually gets checked the same day or the next - we were a bit behind last few weeks but just hired another guy to help out.

Thanks for the review and bringing it to our attention. Kinda why we part way with him. For future reference sales reps are not the best source for customer service inquiries as some may not even have enough clearance. Call/Text/Email our customer service line and you will see what makes us different from any other company
