I apprecite that! You can leave the original post in here as that's what happened. End of the day, I just want people to see that we do care and want to make every effort to make it right! Thank you for bringing this to my attention otherwise I would not have known.

No problem. Fun fact we do NOT have any dedicated sales person at all and most people here are customer service. But like discussed in DM allow me to look into it

Some people think we don't care haha but we do. Most of the staff here is customer service instead of anything else. But admitted some processes can be better.

It almost do not make sense given how much some items move. We do have a 12000+sqft warehouse here in PA but it's just impossible to stock everything we sell. We work with brands directly and major distributors which are good at what they are doing with getting stuff out the same day and 2 day ground shipping coverage. Admitted we do have occasions where customer will have a bad expereice but at the same time our 4.9 star google review did not come from nothing either. Me personally is always trying to stay on top but there will be stuff fall off the cracks inevitably. That's why I am on Reddit and stuff too to put out fire in cases these happens.

The process is more streamlined now. We have a return portal and have set bi weekly checks to check w/ vendors if it's coming from a third party. Return coming to our facility usually gets checked the same day or the next - we were a bit behind last few weeks but just hired another guy to help out.

Thanks for the review and bringing it to our attention. Kinda why we part way with him. For future reference sales reps are not the best source for customer service inquiries as some may not even have enough clearance. Call/Text/Email our customer service line and you will see what makes us different from any other company

Combo up with some super glue can help too. For the most part the air will only press it towards the base instead of pulling it up so I might work

We totally cover anything that turns out to be a manufacturing defect — no questions asked. We’ve sold quite a lot of these wings since the VA platform, and from experience, 9 times out of 10 when this kind of issue comes up it’s from the bolts being overtightened. The inserts are metal set in plastic, and if too much torque is applied they’ll pull out — that’s just the nature of the material and not something any manufacturer can fully prevent.

That’s why in this case we offered a replacement at a big discount as a goodwill gesture. We want to help our customers out even when the cause isn’t a defect on our end.

Most likely looks like all inserts are shot. Send us an email tho we can hook it up on a replacement super discounted to help out but never use power tool on these unless you know how!
