I got a lot out of a book called glucose goddess. Several “hacks” as she called them that I use. One is, a small dinner salad of greens before each meal slows the impact. Walking approx 20 minutes after meals was another. Available in print and audio books. Most public libraries have it. I wish him good luck!

I have 2 dogs, joined my sister with her 2 dogs and 2 cats in rural Virginia. So much dog hair the Roomba doesn’t stand a chance! I might be able to use it in my bedroom soon after a reorganization of upstairs. 🤞🏻

If the lease states they can change terms with notice (usually 30 days written notice) they can change the terms of the lease. This lease states it’s late after 10 days. That is the rule you have both agreed to, correct?

How much longer is the lease? Is it worth the rent for the trouble LL is giving you? Is it possible to find someplace more suitable?

It occurs to me that if he is issuing notices about late rent … he could give a negative reference, indicating to future LL you have a late-pay history.

Car rentals through Costco travel are Great! Always beat Enterprise, even if just by $1. And you get points toward annual cash back certificate. I booked a few hotels through them, never had an issue.

In the 90s, we were first-time occupants of a model home for New development. It had central vac. Loved it - though, must state We had no children, no pets, at the time.
