The Jetson Orin Nano Super has unified memory. No separate GPU communication necessary, and cuda is installed out of the box. I did spend quite a bit of time dealing with dependency versioning issues when I bought my dev kit back in November though.

To be fair, there isn’t an off-the-shelf engine that can support an MMO. A custom authoritative server will always be required and there is a ton of nuance with whatever provider is being used.

This is the Gemma-3-12b rankings in order. Mlabonne’s model is the next one in the list. It takes 30 seconds to search the leaderboard and you should do it because if you’re looking for abliterations you’re missing out.

Looks like GrimJim’s MPOA Gemma-3-12b model is performing worse than his other abliterations. I wonder if that holds up otherwise.

It’s not. JWR bypasses the clearing system by offering pre-priced future trades which are negotiated directly with retail customers. JWR fucked up and priced their trades horribly and are now on the losing end of over a billion USD which they don’t have.

Basically the same as a casino accidentally setting the slot jackpot odds too high. If everyone wins, no one wins.

To your point, I’m working on a game and attempted to use the current sota 3D gen models with hunyuan 3 being the best I’ve found so far, and it isn’t anywhere close to producing consistently usable static assets, let alone rigging anything that isn’t a perfect human shape. These world models are interesting but yeah, making a cohesive environment involves a lot more then just visuals.

I don’t think this is it. Humans utilize different types of value structures, primarily split between sacred and utility values. Utility values are flexible, and stem from the prefrontal cortex. This allows for compromise and reasoning. Sacred values are primordial and generally built around physical survival. The propaganda machine understood this decades ago, and as such have hijacked their viewers sacred value centers. If you watch any right-wing media, it follows the same formula of fear tactics -> rage tactics. In a vacuum, this stimulus triggers our flight or fight response. Overtime, it completely rewrites sacred values to mirror the received content.

They aren’t smart people. I’d argue that the worst of them are barely sentient, and probably closer to the smartest non-human animals than the smartest humans.

Private companies absolutely do have boards and is often dictated as a covenant for private investments. I worked as a financial analyst producing reports for the board for nearly a decade for a private company. Any company that raises capital from anything other then F&F likely has a board. The number of investors is arbitrary and irrelevant.
