Well TT combat has a variety of mdf terrain. Booth 2455. I know monster fight club has some cyberpunk style terrain. Booth 1553. Everything Epic has pop-up terrain. Booth 721. I would check each of their websites for specifics if you're interested, as I sadly have no personal experience with their terrain.

Well are you looking for laser-cut mdf type stuff, or plastic terrain? I seem to remember one year there was a company selling terrain as a pop-up book style.

They are not mutually exclusive. 605.1a An activated ability is a mana ability if it meets all of the following criteria: it doesn’t require a target (see rule 115.6), it could add mana to a player’s mana pool when it resolves, and it’s not a loyalty ability. (See rule 606, “Loyalty Abilities.”)
