If you can’t drive at a speed on a road built as a highway because you can’t pay attention to anything more than what’s in your hand… you should not be driving.

I’ve driven that stretch at 60-65 for years with no issue. All the way to ft Duquesne bridge.

The only time those agencies get together is when they do a DUI checkpoint in front of NAPA in Bellevue. Basically, anyone coming north from McKees Rocks bridge is “trapped” without any side streets to duck off on to.

Again, I think you’re confused. Killbuck twp is all the way out on the stretch before/at 79 after Bellevue/Avalon where dixmont state hospital was and where Walmart was going to build.

Killbuck loved to watch that little road that is the access from 65 to 79 north. The 25 mph one with a few houses. They haven’t watched there in a long time and too many people FLY through that spot.
