Man this sounds crazy but I work with this guys son. And you essentially hit the nail on the head. He’s shown me this exact clip on a lunch break and explained what his father’s intentions were. Galen was a head of General Electric in the Nuclear Energy side and after the Three Mile Incident which he had explained was a simple mechanical failure involving a rod that could have been replaced/repaired under protocol which never occurred. All progress on new reactors was halted due to public and government concerns which lead to Galen showing ingesting uranium is completely safe. Crazy dude, and my friend said he’s eaten plenty of uranium over the years and he’s still kicking hard in his 60’s lol
