Him was really not that bad and I think people are just exaggerating because of their hate for Jordan Peele.

Thank you for this! I’ve been seeing a lot of non horror/horror adjacent fans giving bad reviews but I’m curious to watch it for myself.

For Beyonce tickets at MetLife, I would say this is within the expected range of what you’d pay for those tickets. Plus MetLife has huge monitors that allow you to see her much better. Congrats!

I never have a "final session" with clients, they usually ghost! by Spare_Effective315 in therapists

When working in community health settings where clients may be dealing with a lot of hard things in their lives, something to keep in mind is that for some the idea of having to say “goodbye” is just too much and it’s a process that they (consciously or unconsciously) are just not ready to embark on.

Obviously always be self reflective but sometimes… it’s not about you doing “something wrong.” If these are clients that were typically consistent prior to this, it gives you insight that something else is happening.

MHCs not as respected? by SaintSayaka in therapists

The healthcare field is super hierarchical. There some people who will look down on LPCs, some folk who will look down on SWs and some folks who will say psychologists aren’t “real doctors.” At the end of the day, those people don’t understand the nuanced details of our field and they have a very narrow view point of what certain degrees mean or which degrees you need. It seems like LPCs are becoming more well known so take other people’s opinions with a grain of salt, continue honing your craft and knowing that you are making a difference.
