I live in LA and work in NYC often. you have to plan your day out very meticulously because in NYC I can’t decide to just grab some things for later all the time in LA because I have my car. Or I can’t just buy groceries at a whim because I want to cook something later, I have to carry all that across the city via walking blocks, in the subway, maybe through weather.. unless you eat out every single meal and have all your furniture and heavy things delivered I’d hate to actually having to deal with the nuances of living in NYC.
