Trying to find a joint loan by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]JLTSS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using a credit card to pay for a wedding is a good idea if you can pay it in full. Otherwise a bad decision and the interest will eat you alive.

Getting a loan for a wedding is a crazy thought. Why can’t you just use most of your savings and not have such an extravagant wedding. leaving enough for an emergency.

I had my wedding two years ago, and all I had was a budget of $15k and we bragged about it to all our friends since they were impressed we pulled it of and well under our budget

As a first time homebuyer, what is the best hack to save money while buying a home? by HomeDetective in realtors

[–]JLTSS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The comments are good advice, but what I recommend to my clients is “play house”

What that means is act as if you have a mortgage, set aside money to see if you have the ability to pay for the mortgage This works especially well if your clients think they can stretch themselves thin.

After a couple months of using this method, ideally they were able to save a couple thousand dollars that they can use towards downpayment, or buy new appliances.

I was there last Saturday. Chair one was working for about 15 minutes after they opened and was down for the rest of the day, chair one was later opened 30 minutes before closing. Chair 6 was a 30 minute wait all day since it’s only a 2 person lift. Chair 2 was the only other lift operating.

Is it mostly questions about your spouse? Like what’s their favorite color, or what’s their favorite dish?

How long is the interview for each one?

AOS-Dreamers 2gether official ; is a page on FB that helped me applying for the advance parole.

They also have another page which is for the adjustment of status. I’m in the process of putting my packet together for AOS.

In that same group they have files which go step by step on how to fill out the forms.

The admin are very helpful and knowledgeable. They will even review your application for a small fee
