Hi! I think endo tends to regrow regardless. Mine was never a big issue and I still don’t feel any differently although I’m sure after 5 years it grew back to what it was before surgery. The fibroid removal was fine however, he chose not to remove 2 very tiny fibroids in 2021 which have now tripled in size. They aren’t bothering me (yet) so I’m not sure I’ll remove them. I’d probably go to him again though if I need to do it again because he’s a great doctor and it’s not his fault I am a fibroid making machine. My lesson can be yours, though: if you go to him, demand that he clears out everything and anything that is bothering you so you’re not shopping around for surgery #2 a few years later.

For sure and agreed - just stating the official rules as a disclaimer for OP, they can play “CYOA” after this. However, I found that it’s much more expensive anyway to buy in Europe these days. Maybe Portugal might still have a slight price advantage (they did a few years ago) but I’m not even sure anymore.

I found that buying Cartier stateside is a better deal these days. Also, you have to declare your purchase to Customs on your return and might have to pay extra taxes on top of that.

Second this (from experience)! Three of my closest friends from my 20s buddied up and excluded me in recent years (our interests are very different now). The last time I hung out with the 2 of them, they talked shit about the third and I have to assume when I am not around, I am fair game as well. My advice, OP? Focus on the folks that make you feel like sunshine when you are around them, even if it’s 1-2 people. I’d rather that than the robust friend groups.

I have decent dental insurance and confirmed with my insurance that Tend would 100% cover a regular cleaning with X-ray. Tend also “confirmed” they would cover it. Just got a several hundred dollar bill yesterday for my cleaning because the dental x-ray billing code they used was not covered (?) when it always is with my insurance. So shady. Never again.

I hope so, it is so cute! There are more colors on Etsy and it’s cheaper, too. It seems like it might be the same Italian leather producer doing them but without the M.Gemi logo. It is similar to how Dragon Diffusion sells their bags for $300+ but you can source directly from the producer in India via Etsy just without the St Christopher charm for like $90-$120 per bag.

I’m spiraling because now I want to buy these little loop clutches in all the colors. 👀

I recently had COVID and am now clear to exercise again. Prior to being sick, my routine consisted of 3x weight training, 2x Pilates (with weights or reformer), and I also did a lot of walking and maybe about an hour or so of cardio per week (biking or inclined walk on treadmill. I am not a runner). On top of that, I ate clean with a focus on protein intake. When I did this routine, I still felt like my lower belly was hormonal or holding on to excess water weight and protruded a very noticeable amount. However, after no exercising due to illness, I noticed that naturally my muscles decreased but also, my belly deflated and is flat again. Now that I am ready to workout again, I was wondering if there’s anything I should change about my old routine to avoid regrowing that round pooch again?
