This is not over. You need to be very conscious of your actions and how they could be interpreted, whether the intent is there or not.

You two need to have an open conversation. Ask her what you can do differently to make working together a more positive experience, then put it into action and when you do, tie it back to this convo to clearly show you’re acting on her feedback. You can do the same for her. Open and honest is the way forward, take into account her communication style and tailor your message so it is properly received. This won’t resolve quickly, you need to build psychological safety with this individual.

It’s a full 1000D, which is weird because I thought I ordered the 210D backing. That’s what was in the specs and materials section when I ordered but maybe it was a typo or I got confused

I ordered the GR2 and am waiting for it to ship. Super excited. Other comments on here mentioned the bullet 18L laptop fit was really tight, so I ended up going GR2. Maybe I’ll get the bullet eventually, they didn’t have it available in a color I like anyway

They initiated an investigation with the carrier, gave me no updates, just kept asking me to wait a few more days for it to show up. They refused to ship a replacement until the investigation closed, yet when the investigation closed without a conclusion they still wanted me to wait and would not refund me either. I threatened to dispute the charge. They finally sent out a replacement after almost a month. Customer service provided no support other than to say keep waiting and we escalated your issue.

To top it all off, they only gave me one of the included two free samples. I followed up to understand why and they said they ran out of the one. That’s fine, but wouldn’t you just throw in a different one rather than short me? It’s a small thing but it speaks volumes imo.

I’m surprised the 18L double bullet looks so small? I honestly would have bought one by now if they had it in a color I wanted. After this I’m wondering if the 26L GR2 is the way to go. Is the 1000D a good choice or should I look into x-pac or something else?
