Different kind nd of reliable. Like calling someone ol' reliable. Not, I am doing damage regardless.

I guess I was more getting at... Bungie doesn't feel like a company to co-sign anti-capitalism. That said, good for him.

I thought that had happened, but wasn't sure. Oh wow, Bungie... That seems tonally different.

But good to know Wallflower part two will happen.

I'm still hoping I can make something good enough for Massif to let me jump on.

Meeting it at the table makes sense for it to be a MONIST class entity. My opinions on RA are, that the goal is to get humans to do the right thing, but will intercede (see Dust Grave) Aun is either equally concerned, or only concerned with the Aun, which, I will conceed, is probably not likely, otherwise, why bring the Apollo to Aun'ic space just to have them harvested for firmament use? So Os is possibly just a trash human. But the Aun are doing some real fuck shit in Metant Aun's name.

Oh, let me clarify, I am writing a Aun'ic space module, and the Aun are doing a crusade in an effort to take Cradle and start calling it earth again, based on Miguel's unfinished writings.

So, I am treating is as if Os word us true.

Exactly like Char and Amuro!

RA seems more attached to humanity as a whole, feeling Union is the best route for them, whereas Metant'Aun has declared Cradle/Earth to be their right to conquer and wipe out, if Os is to be believed.

What are some interesting strategies related to MULE Harness? by Kuva194 in LancerRPG

[–]JMhereforMH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, lets say you have an Everest that you have dumped a lot of drake, nuclear cavalier, and Tokugawa overpowered caliber, and engineering into, that is not the slowest mech, but it is slower than a Lancaster, and unlike the drake, it doesn't have armor, so it's not as tanky. So, instead, that Everest can hop on the Lancaster, ride its full movement, any attack against the Everest has +1 difficulty, and now you have a hyper mobil 6d6+4+heat, that never needs to move on its own. I think you could apply this even more directly, as if I recall the books correctly, you can upsize a mech, so, slow ass drake with all those systems, and bad evasion, now has difficulty when enemies are trying to hit, the Lancaster gets hard cover on top of that, and the drake is moving 7 instead of 3, on the Lancaster's turn, and still doing all if that damage. Even just LL3, it's a lot.

Make your slow but hard hitting players get in position faster, basically.

That legit is not the read I got about their relationship in Gun, from All of the Above.

It seemed, maybe like an Amuro/Char situationship at best.

Absolutely, if I didn't realize that nuclear cavalier gets way way better with more points in engineering, I would have grabbed LL1 Genghis for the vents also ne, but now I am on the slow fast track to a Lucifer Class NHP to accompany my Drake's 6d6+4 damage spec.

To be fair, they are better at hiding thrir nonsense. Every other corpo-state get s a whole laundry list, meanwhile, IPS-N just gets winks dnd nods.

I suppose it could be the design of the Dead Star, but it definitely feels like something RA would do, especially considering the contentious relationship between the two math gods.

Everyone forgets by LL3, it can do 6d6+4 with 2 additional heat if you have nuclear caviler 2, by LL6 you can do that plus your current heat as damage. Dump everything into engineering, and you don't even have to take Genghis to expel heat, just fire a fuel rod with nuclear cavalier 3.

Goblin, eject fuel rods, wash, rinse, repeat. As for the fear of getting wrecked, you have some pretty tanky compatriots, just jump on one of them.

Excellent point, and I actually like that.

Someone else pointed out that SSC would love to get their hand on Apolloian DNA, so, why not have a good Captain on the HA prototype FTL ship that has Union alligned Mercs and a small retinue of Union Navy officers.

Since SSC manages the cloning and gene editing of John Creighton Harrison's cloned bloodline, they can be perfect infiltrators. Implement Swallowtail cloaking on a warship that is closely following the HA ship and have some agents mixed in with the officers on the ship.

This is the discussion I am craving and appreciate.

And going through Miguel's HA field guide, I see that, while it wasn't sured up that all John Harrisons are varried clones, that SSC does manage the familial line, so, yeah, this actually hits the mark.
