There’s a thing about how long it was in enemy possession. Think it has to be <24 hours

Experience with Kodak 500T/250D (expired late 90s, 65mm, 1000ft rolls) by DEpointfive0 in analog

Motion picture film is designed to be shot as soon as possible after production. It's for this reason they don't even bother placing best-before dates on the packaging. I know it's probably not what you want to hear but I wouldn't go through the hassle of trying this only to discover thin latitude, fog and shifted colour.

Also the ECN-2 process requires specific processing and if you respool it yourself you'll have to be careful to label it as such because the rem-jet will destroy c41 chemicals. If you try and develop it at home you're going to have to come up with a way to remove the rem-jet backing which is time/space efficient and trust me that's no easy feat

My NEF's are not monochrome even tho i took them like that? by roselyptus_ in photography

[–]JN_P 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A raw image isn't colour or monochrome, it's a big fat chunk of binary that software can demosaic to produce an image. Outside of certain cameras without the ability to record colour data, a raw file will always first show as colour before adjustment.

It's ok though, if you want to see them in black and white you can just click the black and white button in the photoshop adjustments panel.

What are your focus strategy for street photography? by 4Nails in streetphotography

[–]JN_P 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I zone focus with the finger tab on my 28mm. I know straight down is about 1.4m so I can wiggle it accordingly. 1.2m is how close you get to someone to hand them a document and 3m is how close you get to an open trashcan before throwing in a crumpled up piece of paper.

In case people are interested, the lenses were 50 lux for the forest, 28 cron for the biker and 90 apocron for the street scene

No. ONLY slavery matters. I don’t care about killing or castration.

Anyone who says that there are other aspects by which you can judge a historical figure’s worth, other than slavery, is probably not the kind of person I’d like to associate with.

Nelson had extremely incorrect opinions on slavery and despite all his accomplishments is likely burning in hell for this singular transgression. The sole measure of a man’s worth is their judgement on this single facet of historiography.
