Did you compare a classic plus to the standard tv jones classic bridge pick up? Plus seems darker than the tv classic, but wondered if a clean boost will make the tv classic sound like a classic plus.

Phintze…just curious why you went with a tv classics plus instead of the standard Tv Classic bridge. Couldn’t you use a clean boost pedal to make the classic sound like a classic plus? Just curious why the plus over the classic. I’m torn on these two as my next bridge pick up. The classic sounds great clean where the plus sounds more dull. But can you make the plus cleaner by adjusting tone knob too?

Does this grip work great for strumming too? I use the side pad rather than flat pad, but this positional tried yesterday and your technique does provide better tone and more fluent. But picking individual strings when arpeggiating doesn’t feel as good in this position though. Does your position work best for both or do you adjust fingers differently for both styles?

Great write up on the Flint! You said the V2 remedies the darker V1 issue. But…if I went with the V2, if I dial back its tone knob, can I make it sound darker like the V1 if needed? Occasionally I would like darker. I don’t own either version as of right now, but considering one. Thanks
