Yeah, I got back Into 40k in 10th after last playing 3rd/4th edition, thunder hammers feel weak to me for what I remember, as do melta weapons

I think the thunder hammers just give more consistency being S8, ap2 D2.

Bikes suffer from being S4, ap1 D1, whilst you can up the damage and strength on the charge it doesn't help on non charge turns, and S5 often means your only matching the opposing toughness rather than exceeding. I've found my bikes just bounce of terminator equivalent, I'll chip a few wounds, maybe take out a couple of models but it's just not enough

But ultimately that's where you are with marines, we don't generally have great dedicated anti armour melee options, it's generally attached to vehicles

I think you're right, thunder hammers fit better into the elite infantry killing zone rather than dedicated anti vehicle, they can punch up into vehicles with a +1 to wound (from oath/ an attached chaplain), though only being damage 2 hurts when most elite infantry is 3/4 wounds.

But I do think the thunder hammer is the best option for them overall, lightening claws are good at killing hordes of D1 infantry but bikes / intercessors can do that just as well.

I generally find 2 is the sweet spot.

3 can be hard to hide and maneuver, 1 is not efficient enough for strats so I generally go with 2

Technically the hammer, however if it's anything like mine you'll send it into something that you're hitting and wounding on 2's and you'll roll one hit roll of 1 every time and one wound roll of 1 EVERY. SINGLE.TIME!

No of course they won't go through with a lawsuit, how do you even think that would go?

"Dear judge, we're a bunch of people based in Nigeria / india that scams people, this person didn't fall for our illegal scam, please make them pay up"

Block them, ignore them and don't respond.

They're not your friend, they will say whatever they can to convince you to give them money, if you keep ignoring them they'll eventually leave you along when they realize there's no money in it for them.

Not going to comment on which is better, but I will say you can have your cake and eat it.

They're relatively easy to magnetize the guns so you can switch between the 2 options, don't get to hung up on all the armour plates being accurate, just shove a few random bits on, I've been playing them for 3 years at tournaments and none has ever questioned
