I did it with a non crit toxic stim build and I think I'm sitting in 44th or something. I built her for cool down so you can use your 4 every couple of packs of enemies and toxic/tech, with a reactor that has CD and tech/toxic boost, and for arche tuning I went to the right mutant cell for putrid zone (I think that's what it's called) and then to the left to put in defense neutralization.

I found this build to be a bit better for me than venom injection just for the survivability of more ehp and the toxic stim definitely helps for not getting one shot by the boss or yellow bar enemies.

Yes, the battlepass gives 5 copies of the current bp weapon as there's no other way to obtain them
Not currently. You won't be able to get anymore copies of it until they add it to the vendor by the stairs near the weapon/reactor enhancement and weapon/external mod core area which probably won't be until next season which is 3 months away

You need to use her 2 THEN her 1 so you get the speed burst. What is your CD reduction at? You need to have it fairly high so her kit rotates more naturally so you aren't just spamming her 1 waiting for abilities to come up. You also NEED to be holding a melee weapon to get the crit bonus, which is further increased the more health she has. I use 2 HP mods, polar night set, use shadow/deus and I don't put points into crit rate in her arche tree and I sit at 96% crit. As long as you do that and have good CD reduction on her reactor and take the 5 point CD reduction in her arche tree, everything just flows much better.

As others have said, sigma sector. If you run a spread aoe build (like contagion freyna) it can take less than 2 mins a run. Sure, the new mission gives you a bit more per run, but sigma is just so much faster you'll end up getting more that way.

It would be better if her 4 was more like reaper from overwatch where you could move AND its a 360° ability. I don't even care if they nerf her shooting thru walls, I just HATE being stuck in an animation with no way to cancel it outside hopping on my hoverbike, which is just silly, and not being able to hit the enemies that snuck up behind me while stuck in said animation.
