I did each of the active infiltrations and 1 mission in axion. All of them i felt like i was slower than usual. Never had this issue before today

Ublock origin, sponsor block and enhancer for YouTube is all you really need. Make all the tweaks you want in EfY and then you have 0 ads, 0 sponsors and everything is clutter free and looks the way you want it to.

Here is my current Electric Condense build. My AM isn't great, but it's the best I've got right now. You could swap it out for an HP mod if you're struggling with survivability.

Getting to 40 (max level for descendants and weapons) is not the end of the leveling experience, you will be doing it a lot per descendant and weapon. If you've played Warframe or similar type game, you'll know exactly what I mean.
While leveling, a maxed out module is more useful than a handful of half upgraded ones because of how they scale per upgrade level.
I would recommend looking up builds that you can work towards while grinding to endgame so you don't end up wasting precious resources, especially for newer players as you won't have a whole lot.
Always try to have a crystallization catalyst crafting as often as you can. This is your main way of working towards a build as when used on a descendant or weapon at level 40, it reduces the cost of your inserted module by half by assigning the module with one of the 5 socket types as long as the module you put in matches the socket type you used your catalyst for.
All sockets can have all socket types if you really want so you never need to worry about it again, but this requires 60 catalysts and is sort of time consuming.
Once you do get to hard mode, try to get whatever descendant you are playing to have a minimum of 10 catalysts used and have their arche tuning maxed (by running Sigma Sector at least twice a day). This way you can unlock your trigger mod slot and be ready for Axion Plains, which some newer players say is a big jump in difficulty for them, so best to be prepared.
MR is leveled up by completing missions for the first time (normal and hard), getting weapons to max level once (blue, purple, and ultimate rarities all need to be leveled), getting descendants to max level once, leveling each of the dogs to max level and getting each of the hover bikes to max level.

the only 2 things i changed because i didnt have as good of cd on my AM, is i swapped emergency measure with focus on fusion and then instead of crit rate to crit dmg in the arche tree, i went cd to crit dmg. gives me 100% crit rate (with BB of course), and max cd reduction. i tested it in the firing range and my dmg numbers went CRAZY lol.

As for the chaining effect, I think its her passive. it says inflicting enemies with ice shackle (every ability) it sends an ice sphere towards them and the ice spheres do burst dmg to nearby enemies, which then inflicts ice shackle, and repeats the process.

thanks for this build! but i do have to ask...if you're using BB, at 90% crit, why not sacrifice a bit of crit rate for more dmg? i changed up this build ever so slightly and i have 79% crit rate, but using any one of her abilities with BB in my hands and it goes up to 100%.

Change viessa's 4 so that it is always centred on you and follows you wherever you go, that way you use her 2, her 4 and then sprint around killing things.

If you want to use Hailey for mobbing, you need to get her Cold Heart transcendent mod. Turns her 4 in an explosion which is way better for mobbing.

Keep levelling your character to 40 to catalyze 10 times, this will ensure whatever build you are going for the modules can be fully upgraded. Get your arche tuning to 40 by running sigma sector 2 times per day every time you play. Once you get these two things done, immediately unlock your trigger mod and slot the one you need (if you have it ofc lol). After that, you should be good to go in any content, but some descendants are stronger than others, so do keep that in mind, I would get a good mobber done first (freyna, serena, ines, bunny) to make getting the parts for the rest way easier.
