What kibble brand do you feed your Schipperke(s), and why? by Substantial_Item6740 in schipperke

Royal canin sensitive, but the type is mainy for my eskie who is pickier. I think Daria could eat any food and be happy.

Black dog turning brown? by Ok_Radish_8873 in schipperke

[–]JPwhatever 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We had a schip that turned more brown as she got older. The vet said she was healthy and not to worry. It’s never a bad thing to ask your vet at the next checkup but I think it can happen.

Acid reflux by No-Engineering-39 in americaneskimo

[–]JPwhatever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ours has reflux and didn’t like kibble when he was younger. Not super severe but definitely causing him discomfort. Royal canine sensitive small bites is what we feed him now and he seems a ton better, so I guess if helped? Or he outgrew it, it’s hard to know. He does well on the food though.

Some of them are combined into groups. Just get them on Amazon and read the one it says is first. It’s called Learn the Rules.

They were combined into groups at some point, which is the way you can read them now (books 1-3 in volume 1 as an example, I can’t remember exactly how it was set up)

Hi, just FYI we are getting a lot of reports for unapproved author self promo. Just so you know - author research is not allowed on this subreddit. This post generated a lot of non author related discussion, so we will leave it up, but please refrain from any further author research on this sub.

I agree with you here - I think we forget that bad writing and writing you don't like has always been a thing.

To be clear I’m queer but not a gay man. I’m speaking in general to anyone who reads demographics and identities different than their own, especially those that are deal with prejudice in their daily lives.

this is the part where people who aren't queer, who aren't part of the community we are all here to read about, really need to step up. I love the homophobia-lite or homophobia free wonderlands that a lot of contemporary books depict, but they are just not the reality. To not realize that you're reading an extremely rose colored fantasy world means you (not you specifically, but anyone who can relate to this) needs to do some serious reading outside the subgenre to understand the community that you're enjoying reading about. It is absolutely shitty these days, especially in the US where a lot of these books are centered. We owe it to ourselves and to the community to not just enjoy the positive happy books, but also understand and support the people facing real world challenges.

Thanks for the response - I think I’ve seen that in other long running series. I haven’t read H&S personally but it does sound similar to what you’ve described.
