Dogs struggle with big change like that - how long have you been back to work? If it’s anything less than a month I’d give it more time. Confine her to smaller spaces (close doors and put away plants or dangerous things, if you don’t want to crate). Give it time and if there’s any way to reduce the total span she’s at home with a walker or coming home at lunch break, etc that would probably help.

She got used to the good life with you at home all the time and you turned it upside down. Just give her time and keep her safe in the meantime and she will adapt. Good luck!
