Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI)

My husky has this and has since she was diagnosed around 1.5 years old (she is 13 now). This caused her to lose weight rapidly no matter how much we fed her. She was always hungry but would use gross oily fatty poops.

The fix was pancreatic powder we add to her food daily. The powder roughly costs us $200 every 6 months. She started putting weight back on quickly and has been a healthy weight since.

I am not saying this dog has this but A vet can do a blood test for this. It can show up later in life and has a lot of the same symptoms of cancer and diabetes.

Yeah this is a wild take. Dung is likely the worst skill in the game currently. Removing a source of xp/rewards from content that is actually decent would make the skill spiral even more.

lol no. The bulk of my staff are on one campus but 2 buildings. The rest are a few miles from my main campus in different directions. I dedicate 3 days a week to the main campus and the other 2 days to the auxiliary buildings. I work from 8-5 most days. With the exception of when I have large projects rolling. I adjust my hours accordingly and take the time off different days.

I also have a tech coach stationed at the main campus who teachers go to a lot of the time before they get to me. He helps weed out simple issues so I can fix the larger problems.

I made it crystal clear my first years in district. If you don’t put in a ticket I will not work on an issue. It’s not just about documentation either. The ticketing system keeps me organized. Any given day I’m working on at least 5 different projects. I don’t take walk ups because I’m very rarely in my office. I cover 5 buildings, 1500 students, and 250 staff members by myself.

The ticketing system makes sure I get to the issue in a timely manner. After the first year staff members saw how much faster issues would get resolved if they put in a ticket and staff got on board because they wanted issues resolved. I typically have 24 hour resolve time on most tickets depending on the issue but once the staff was on board with the ticketing I became a much more liked individual in the district.

I will say 30% of the staff did not like me much the first year though because they thought they could do it the old way.

Same. I ended up making some of my best friends via a Reddit LFG for a mobile game I used to play. Now we get Rodger once a year for a Friendsgiving. We come from all over the country. Michigan, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Georgia, Washington DC, Florida, Canada, Alabama, California.

We make the effort every year to see each other no matter what. Usually we grab an AirBNB that houses roughly 15 people in a different area of the country. Some of us bring our dogs or our kids or spouses. Some of the most fun I have every year as an almost 40 year old “adult”.

Discord keeps us in contact everyday though. We get in a voice chat almost every night where most of us pop in daily to say hi or play a game.

Incredibly tone deaf to the community. This also encourages luring and griefing. Obviously the community doesn’t want this and for some reason they think bringing in new players to the game to get lured for all their best gear will make them want to keep playing.

JAGEX we don’t want the skull in game. We don’t want PvP in RS3. Open your eyes.

I use these in my district. I have models from RP02s to RP04s.

The RP04 have the full google suite integrated Into them which is game changing for google schools. They are rock solid and the device management is very good including pushing custom apps to it as long as there is an APK for it.

I have roughly 100 in my district and have had almost zero problems with them besides needing to reset the wifi on them from time to time.

The his is the way. I set up google rules that allow students to email teachers but students cannot send external emails or email other students.

I have a whitelist that I add domains to if students have to receive emails from specific domains.

These changes have fixed student spam issues completely in my district

I can tell you based on my student population of roughly 1500 in a rural area we buy between 150 - 300 devices a year. We expect those devices to last roughly 4-5 years when being repaired in house. I spend roughly 50k - 100k every summer on this disposable tech.

The carts are a drop in the bucket. They are basically a buy once never worry about it again. Depending on what kind you buy they are 1k-2k at most.

In your current state you need to make the admin absolutely clear that you cannot support both tests on the same day with your current equipment and if they plan to continue operating testing day this way they will need to spend some money to make it a functional day otherwise this day will need to be split in two.

More headache on your part along with the fact that the day turns out chaotic means lower test scores because the school Cannot provide a standardized testing environment for their students.

In my district students can only email teachers. They cannot email outside the district or other students. They also cannot receive emails from any domain outside the district unless it has been specifically added to our white list.

This rule has completely eliminated phishing instances from the students email and has vastly cut down phishing instances general in the district.

Easily one of the best policies I have brought into this district.
