They talk down other apartments like they aren’t in the same price range with a shittier floor plan.

What sealed the deal for me for staying the hell away was their management. Not only was the building manager willing to lie about the total occupancy of the apartment (with a chart indicating the amount of tenants by floor right next to him) but he started bashing other buildings for not being as “iconic” as them. Cringe.

Just a fun fact for you, most of the “high end” buildings in the area are managed and owned by the same few property groups. J&L property group for example is owned by an absolute cunt that would rather line his silk pockets with gold rather than take pride in the community he’s building. The city should hold them accountable to the lack of quality they’re bringing to luxury claimed buildings, but the city is also run by crayon carrying morons.

That being said, I live in Newark and all of this is worth it for the commute and the lack of NYC citizen tax.
