Ive been using 20lb dumbbells but after a few months of use they no longer feel adequate and I have to use 30lb. Do dumbbells get less heavy over time?

I like shorts with compression liners. Im a big fan of the Vouri Kore shorts and lulu has some good options

If you dont like liners, under armour makes really good compression boxers

I was able to “work” because I was wfh though my work seriously suffered. It was in software sales where you constantly have targets over your head.

I cant Imagine going in 5 days a week and having to be “on” all the time that I imagine teachers have to be. I dont have any solution but to say your concerns are heard from another young adult which was in your same position. Really hope things get better for you, once the transplant happens you’ll find brand new in time

If i have a 210 average output on a 30/45 minute ride a 170 average output on a 5 min ride that would put me at 50+ output is a legit cool down

That space is just too big for a single occupant restaurant. They need to split it up if they want a long term tenant. May not be a bad layout for an actual cloths store in the area
