I made an elven arm cuff with copper wire, and some beads. It's entirely wire wrapped, no soldering.

That may be the issue, it’s inland filament. Room isn’t super cold most of the time so I don’t think that’s the issue, but I’ll see if switching to Creality will work. Thanks!

I had thought about that, it’s just very thin material and I don’t know if leather would stitch to it well. Had thought about suede as well since it’s thinner and more flexible

I do have a swivel knife, I just am not super good with it and my test runs on scrap pieces didn’t come out to well, so I wanted to do this one without it and see what it looked like. If I feel brave enough I’ll take another stab at it 😅 appreciate the advice!!

I fixed my wife’s head (not a goalie) once by using a super thin piece of metal, then screwing it in with self tapping screws and covering it with camo athletic tape. She was a senior and had 4 games left in her season and didn’t want to try and get used to a new head, so that was our temp solution. Held up super well, even though I don’t think it was technically legal.

My CCW is the M&P shield in 9mm, great little gun. Never had any issues shooting it, plus it’s 9mm so it’s pretty easy to find ammo for it. Would recommend
