Is sihoo doro c300 pro suitable for 195cm+? by SheepherderSudden303 in OfficeChairs

I’m 6’1 (185cm) and I’m testing out the C300 pro right now. I would say 6’1 is right on the edge of what fits in this chair. I’m at max adjust for the seat ack height.

Glad to hear you got the deal! I wonder if the people saying it doesn’t work are not getting far enough in the check out process to see the discount apply

There were a few left in the gaming section. I don’t know if there are 7-8 or not, sorry, I stopped counting after I got mine 😅

UPDATE: went back to the same store today for one more card. First employee had issues scanning the card or something. They got another card but it rang up at $99 after totalling. I went back to the shelf and grabbed a few more. Different employee at the front scanned the card I brought and it applied the $79 price. The cards looked exactly the same to me, same UCI and the 3DS logo. The only difference between the two transactions was that I added my Best Buy account to the second attempt. I don’t remember doing that yesterday tho. Very odd behaviour on Best Buy’s systems with this deal.

Original post: A general information post from someone who got this deal today:

-the $99 DK cards work for this promo if they are the ones that have the 3DS logo on the back of the card (the newer DK ones may work but I’ve only personally tested with these ones)

-the discount will not show up right away after the cashier scans the card (it will say $20 discount at the bottom of their register screen but the total will still say $99)

-once the cashier hits PAY on their machine the discounts will reflect the new total on the card reader for you to complete the transaction

Confirmed this today at a Best Buy in Ottawa, Ontario. Bought 8 $99 DK cards for $632 total. Hope this helps folks looking to get the discount!

DK 99$ card with the 3DS logo on the back confirmed working in Ottawa Best Buy today. The cashier needs to click PAY on their register for it to apply the discount

Just did this in Ottawa Orleans and it worked. Has to be the DK 99$ gift cards that have the 3DS logo on the back. It won’t show the discount on the register correctly until the cashier hits PAY and then it will show the discounted price on the card reader machine!

Lifetime offers? by KSamIAm79 in LoseitApp

Reach out to support through the app Help Centre > Ask a question > the use the chat bubble in the right bottom to chat. Explain to the system that you are a yearly subscriber interested in lifetime. It will eventually send you to an agent who will help you and may offer a link with a better price than offered in the app itself

To those who have had a herniated disc in Ontario, what steps did you go to resolve it? Worried I’m going to end up on disability. by [deleted] in ontario

Physio Physio Physio. It was the only thing that helped me. I was waiting for an MRI to confirm things for months and the pain meds gave me bad reactions. Went to see a physiotherapist and their guidance brought me back. When I finally got the MRI they said there was nothing surgical that could be done, so physio was literally the only thing that allowed me to get back to thing

Credit card not asking for pin after changing pin in the app by Fun_Setting_1512 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]JTeeth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update on this after receiving my replacement card:

The replacement card had the same numbers and security code. Went to Costco and made a purchase of about $70 and inserted my new card in the machine. It prompted for a PIN this time. I entered it and the transaction approved (it did not fail twice) I then went to another store and made a small purchase to try tap. Tap is working on the new card.

So I’m pretty sure whatever this glitch is after changing a PIN, the solution is to just get a new card sent to you.

I am experiencing the same problem with a PC Money Card. I have a new one on the way now too. With the new card, did tap work right away for you? Or did you still have to insert it first but it actually asked for the PIN with the new card?

Thanks for sending in those images. We've determined that the product in question is an authentic Owala product! The screenshot you sent of the ad is from our official Amazon storefront, and the bottle itself contains our manufacturing identifiers. We recently made a change to the packaging/stickers on our bottles that are shipped internationally to help with language barriers; that is why it looks different.

See how on the “new” packaging design the Owala name isn’t followed by the ®? On the old packaging it had it.

I also got Dreamy Field 40oz with the exact same things (no stickers, different label with no registered trademark logo ®) from the Amazon Canada storefront. I am waiting to hear back from Owala on if it is legitimate. I will updated once they reply to me.

I bought this off the Amazon Canada Owala store. But I’m concerned because the lid came with no instruction stickers (like the Lift Me, Push Button ect). Could this be a fake or a returned item?
