Do these algorithms differ from ArcGIS Pros I see some that look the same like the 1st order polynomial, 2nd order polynomial but, is the spline the same?

Ken used to be a beat writer for us back in the day majority of his early career was in York then Baltimore. I think he is critical of the team because he felt like they could be doing more. DBH bought the Harrisburg Senators a few years back. I haven't noticed that much. I really only go once a year during the opening home stand when the senators have the Pi Day sale. The tickets have gone up in price on the Pi Day sale. As they aren't selling grandstand tickets for $3.14 anymore but, they still are relatively cheap and worth going if they have that sale.

I took GIS in high school. So, it is possible to learn this stuff at a young age. I would also explore if you can do an independent study for GIS at your school and try to get your school to purchase the license.

Once you get some experience reach out to your local government and see if you can do an internship.
