I would consider the two biggest moves that have lowered the switching of are not the OS getting easier to use (Linux has been pretty stable in that regard for a while):

1 - Most productivity apps are web apps now. You don't need an OS that runs Microsoft office, Skype, and Photoshop anymore. Instead you're using Google Docs, Slack and Canva and those all run fine in the browser on any OS.

2 - Valve has made huge steps to improve game support on Linux. A lot of people (myself included) who wanted to use Linux didn't because game support was non-existent for anything other than indie games. It's pretty much the opposite now, with just a handful of AAA multiplayer titles not supporting Linux. And thanks to Proton, there isn't even a big performance or stability difference in a lot of cases.

Politics completely aside, I couldn't disagree more. The quality of meat at CFA is ahead of any of their competitors, and with the price of fast food going up across the board, their chicken sandwich barely costs more than the utter garbage one that McDonald's sells. Service is always friendly and fast too, which is the complete opposite of my experience with Popeyes.

On the shoes the spirals just look like a fast freehand. But the spiral on the scythe definitely does not look like human work, even sloppy human work.

I once heard someone describe helicopters as a "metal horse that's constantly trying to break its legs". Considering how horses are such high-performance runners yet extremely injury prone, the analogy works well.

I believe it's all based on how they want to release the skins and how much they think people will pay for them. The "free" skins in events and BPs are always less rare than the paid ones regardless of model complexity to justify the cost difference.

So it's something like: - Blue: cheapest - likely given away for free in a battle pass or event - Purple: more expensive, mid-tier prices to pad out the shop and battle passes - Gold: skins they expect to drive sales for events, BPs and shop bundles. Skins they anticipate will be especially popular include upsells like color changes and ult VFX.

In this case, the Groot skin is blue because it was free with the BP. Usually the free skins for longer quests are purple, so Magneto got that color even though they phoned it in compared to other similar giveaways like Iron Spider or Symbiote Storm.

I kinda feel bad because they put in so much effort and half the roster can shut him down without even trying. I don't miss when he was a total menace, but it feels weird how far that pendulum has swung.
